Administrative

  • Established of 501 (3) c including required IRS paperwork, bylaws, etc.

  • Sent out survey to members about their interests in volunteering

  • Coordinated with Capital Gymnastics Booster Club president on events at the gym and other miscellaneous activities

Membership Management

  • Reached out to team moms to get a roster for each team with parents’ emails

  • Procured and provided membership gift for 2025-26

  • Planned membership gifts for 2026-27

  • Communicated with people via Band, email, text who didn’t pay their Booster Club Dues and got payment 

  • Added 2025-26 tag to people in Wix who paid dues

  • Refined CCABC logo

  • Learned about and implemented functionality in Wix content management system

  • Coordinated with BSN for Capital Cheer specific clothing and merchandise and promoted the shop

  • Created flyers and handouts for sponsorship tiers

  • Filled out required formal paperwork like W-9s

  • Posted content about sponsors in communication channels

  • Created and hung banner with high level sponsors on it at Showcase and then the gym; replaced similar content in display case
