Which noodles will you order at our restaurant night? ​​​25% of all qualifying online and in-restaurant sales will go directly back to your organization.

PHOTO DATES AT THE GYM

Palmer Media Collective is ready to take final Capital Cheer portraits on the following days and times:

  • Friday, February 27 (3:00–8:00 PM)

  • Sunday, March 1 (11:00 AM–7:00 PM)

 

If these dates do not work, families may schedule an in-home studio session at Palmer Media Collective in Fairfax, VA between March 2–March 8. Multiple time options are available.

 

PHOTO ATTIRE AND PREP

Your athlete(s) should arrive in:

  • Full competition uniform

  • Cheer shoes with no-show socks

  • Hair down and styled nicely

  • Light makeup only (please do not wear competition makeup)

 

The photographer will suggest poses, but athletes are welcome to do their own poses if they have something specific in mind.

PHOTO PACKAGE OPTIONS

$0 – Participation Only

No individual photos purchased. This option ensures your athlete is included in the team photo.

$75 – Short Session

  • 5-minute session

  • 2–3 edited, high-resolution images

  • Delivered via Google drive email link

  • Ready within 2–4 weeks

$150 – Full Session

  • 15-minute session

  • Most edited, high-resolution images from the session

  • Delivered via Google drive email link

  • Ready within 2–4 weeks

$30 – Team Photo (Add-On)

  • Delivered via Google drive email link

  • Can be added to any package

  • Best to add at booking (select at the top of the booking page before checkout)

HOW TO BOOK YOUR SESSION

  1. Visit the Palmer Media Collective website

  2. Select Event Booking

  3. Select one of the 3 Capital Cheer Portrait Sessions

  4. Select “Book” and follow the prompts

March BiG/Lil Activity
Week of March 1-7, 2026

For this month, Bigs and Lils will exchange favorite snacks! Salty or sweet?  Yes and yes! Put your surprise in the appropriate team bin before we all travel for the comp. 

 

Don't forget that if you made a sign for your Lil last time, you are making a card for them this time. Bring it to the competition. And if you made a card last time, Lils, you will make a poster this time to cheer on your Big!

April BiG/Lil Activity
Week of April 5-10, 2026

It's time to give your Big or Lil your final gift! This is Regional Summit week, and all of our teams are competing.  So give your best word of encouragement to your cheer friend in a note, because every bit of good luck and well wish goes a long way! Along with a note, add a gift, which can be anything!  It's up to you! You can put your gift in the bins if you don't think you will see your Big/Lil at the competition, based on the schedule.  Or you can deliver it in person!  Whatever works best for you!
