It's the last day of school, and what better way to celebrate than to not cook! Feed the kids pizza and tell them you are with Capital Cheer. What you get is pizza, wings, burgers, calzones, etc. happy kids, and a clean kitchen! Capital Cheer will get 20% of sales for dine in, pick up, and carry out ALL DAY. Sorry, you can't use coupons at the same time.

Sunday Jump Clinic

It’s time to jump! Toe touches, pikes, and hurdlers, this clinic is all about helping athletes jump higher, stronger, and cleaner. Learn proven tips, drills, and techniques to improve jump height, flexibility, body positions, power, and execution with world-renowned cheer expert Stephanie Brodbeck of Pro Cheer International.
Stephanie will work directly with Capital Cheer athletes to build proper technique and consistency that carries onto the competition floor.
Thanks to the support of the Capital Cheer All Stars Booster Club, this clinic is offered at no cost to Capital Cheer athletes on Bravo, Delta, Juliett, Lima, Romeo, and Tango*.

Sunday Stunt Clinic
July 19
4pm - 8pm
Take your stunting to the next level at this custom stunt clinic designed to focus exclusively on building stronger, smarter, and more confident stunt groups! This special training experience will help athletes accelerate their stunting technique, improve skill execution, and strengthen overall performance.
Led by Stephanie Brodbeck from Pro Cheer International, athletes will learn how to break down stunts into clear, step-by-step progressions that make even advanced skills easier to understand and perform. The clinic will focus on proper technique, clean execution, confidence, consistency, and building strong fundamentals that translate to higher-level skills.
Come ready to learn, challenge yourself, and level up your stunting!
